Mane Kancor’s Colour Lab makes a continuous effort to make colours more stable, in every food and beverage matrix imaginable, and to produce a million hues that the world wants to see. We do this through a combination of searching out the right material, screening plant molecules for their colour imparting capacity and testing for the synergistic activity of different molecules to create stable colour complexes, creating pigments blends, conducting stability studies (heat, light, storage) in food and beverage application matrices.
Mane Kancor, in its colour range, uses advanced controlled particle size platforms and colour dispersion technology. Customers receive the right hue at lower dosages. The small size of pigments have a number of potential benefits such as enhanced long-term stability and high optical clarity in application.
