Celery, a variety of marshland plant, hails from the family of Apiaceae. Celery seeds are often used as a spice. Celery Oleoresin is obtained by the solvent extraction of dried seeds of Apium graveolens Lin. The product has the characteristic refreshing aroma of Indian celery, with a sweet herbal undernote. It is a free-flowing, dark green, oily liquid.
