Cardamom belongs to the family of Zingiberaceae. Seeds of cardamom are often used as a spice. Cardamom Oleoresins are obtained by solvent extraction of the seeds of Elletaria cardamom (L) Maton.The product has the characteristic aroma of cardamom and is a free-flowing liquid that is greenish to dark brown in colour.
