Our Process

Raw materials undergo stringent quality analysis and are tested in state-of-the-art NABL accredited labs. Firstly, they are mechanically and manually cleaned to remove any extraneous and foreign matter. Experienced professionals ensure that product quality is maintained throughout processing. The spices are then ground and during grinding different mesh sizes are used to adjust particle size, according to customer specifications. The ground and blended materials are analysed for quality parameters, according to customer requirements. They are then fed into packing machines. The machines are equipped to pack multiple packaging sizes. The brimming packs are then tested for leaks and undergo secondary and tertiary packing before they are shipped.
