Roasted Cumin Oleoresins are obtained by extraction of  ground roasted seeds of cumin. It is a dark brownish, viscous liquid, with an earthy aroma and warm flavour. The product consists of natural extracts of roasted cumin seeds and permitted food grade emulsifying agents.

SOLVENT EXTRACTION

The method of solvent extraction uses a separation solvent, which is generally non-volatile has a high boiling point and is miscible with the mixture, but doesn’t form an isotropic mixture as a medium to extract essential active elements from spices.
