Mane Kancor’s Roasted Garlic Oleoresins recreate a household kitchen experience industrially. These products give you the perfect cooked flavour notes every time, to your exact specifications. Roasted Garlic Oleoresin is obtained by extraction of roasted flakes of garlic. It is a dark brownish, viscous liquid, with a pungent aroma and spicy flavour. The product consists of natural extracts of roasted garlic and permitted food grade emulsifying agents.
The method of solvent extraction uses a separation solvent, which is generally non-volatile has a high boiling point and is miscible with the mixture, but doesn’t form an isotropic mixture as a medium to extract essential active elements from spices.
