Roasted Fenugreek Oleoresin is obtained by the extraction of roasted dried seeds of fenugreek. It is a dark greenish-brown, free-flowing liquid, with a pleasant, sweet aroma and mild nutty flavour. The product consists of natural extracts of roasted fenugreek and permitted food grade emulsifying agents.
The method of solvent extraction uses a separation solvent, which is generally non-volatile has a high boiling point and is miscible with the mixture, but doesn’t form an isotropic mixture as a medium to extract essential active elements from spices.
