Mane Kancor’s Organic Paprika CO2 Extract is obtained by the supercritical CO2 extraction of dried ripe fruits of organically grown Chilly. This process, carried out at ambient temperatures and high pressures, avoids loss of aroma and degradation of colour. The product is a viscous, reddish-brown homogeneous liquid pourable at 25° C, with pleasant, characteristic odour of Paprika. Furthermore, this product is a pure, natural extract without any preservatives and additives.
