Fenugreek ground

Fenugreek ground spice A native of South Eastern Europe and Western Asia, fenugreek is the dried fruit of the ‘Trigonella foenum-graecum’ plant. It has a nutty sweet and maple-like flavour with an intense aroma, similar to burnt sugar. It is irregularly cuboidal with a dull yellow hue, thrives well in cool climates, and requires very little water. It is rich in Calcium, Iron, Potassium, Zinc, Manganese, Folic acid, Vitamins A, C, B6, K, and Copper. It is said to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that could help with digestion, lower blood sugar levels, lower cholesterol, and alleviate heartburn.

Our Process

Raw materials sourced from our farmer networks are tested for quality in NABL accredited labs and then undergo mechanical and manual cleaning and sorting to remove stones, foreign and extraneous matter. Qualified and experienced professionals ensure that the laid-out processes are followed. The production lines are integrated with blenders and sieves, ensuring that the product is uniform and consistent. In-Process Quality control checks reconfirm that the final products are as per the customer specifications. The products are sterilized through a validated steam treatment method. The steam-sterilised Fenugreek Ground is then analysed for quality parameters laid out as per customer specifications.
