Oleoresin black pepper is converted into encapsulated format by spray drying with food grade excipients and replicates the exact profile of the spice in its natural form. It has the appearance of a light green powder and has the characteristic fresh taste of ground black pepper. It consists of oleoresin black pepper, food grade excipients and anti-caking agents.
