Our Process

Raw materials sourced from our farmer networks are graded and tested for quality in NABL accredited labs and then undergo manual and mechanical cleaning and sorting to remove stones, foreign and extraneous matter. Qualified and experienced professionals ensure that the laid-out processes are followed. The production lines are integrated with blenders and sieves ensuring that the product is uniform and consistent. In-Process Quality control checks reconfirm that the final products are as per the customer specifications. The products are sterilized through a validated steam treatment method. The steam-sterilised Cumin Ground is then analysed for quality parameters laid out as per customer specifications.
