On January 23rd, 2025, we had the honour of hosting Mr. Thierry Mathou, the French Ambassador to India, at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Angamaly, Kerala. Accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Thierry Mathou, and Mr. Etienne Rolland-Piegue, Consul General of France in Pondicherry & Chennai, the esteemed delegation also included officials Carl Boulanger, Marc Vial-Montpellier, and Annie Biro.
The primary objective of the visit was to foster stronger business and industrial ties between France and India. Dr. Geemon Korah (Director and CEO of Mane Kancor), along with Mr. Mathew Varghese (Senior Vice President – Operations) and Mr. Martin Jacob (Vice President HR), warmly welcomed the delegation and facilitated their tour of the facility.
The visit began with an introduction to Mane Kancor, followed by an in-depth presentation of our company’s operations and future initiatives. The delegation then experienced a detailed tour, gaining insight into the advanced technologies and processes employed in our manufacturing operations. The visit concluded with closing remarks and a productive discussion, centred around exploring potential collaboration opportunities between France and India.
This visit signifies a meaningful step toward strengthening the relationship between our two nations. At Mane Kancor, we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to engage with the French delegation and are eager to explore future collaborations that will further enhance the partnership between India and France.
