Som Tam Salad

A delicious spicy Thai salad that stimulates the senses with a rush of flavours. The freshness of raw papaya combines well with the heat from roasted chilli and green chilli oleoresin. The intense taste of encapsulated garlic ties the whole dish together.

Roasted Chilli Oleoresin adds a unique roasted chilli note, while Green Chilli Oleoresin brings a fresh, sharp heat. Encapsulated Garlic enhances the salad with mild, pungent garlic notes.

Method :

Grate raw papaya and carrots. Cut beans into thin long diamond shapes. Keep it in salted hot water for 5 minutes. Cut tomatoes into long slices. Chop coriander leaves. Add green chilli oleoresin and roasted chilli oleoresin in a bowl. Mix honey to it then add in encapsulated garlic and mix well. Add lemon juice and mix it well then add soy sauce and salad dressing. In another bowl mix sliced tomatoes and beans along with half portion of the dressing. Mix it nicely and add raw papaya and carrots along with other ingredients. Add salt to taste. Add the salad dressing into the vegetables, mix well and serve.
