A classic salad that pairs well with spicy dishes. The creamy potatoes are delicately seasoned with dill leaves and celery. The sharpness of the encapsulated mustard and the mildness of the mayonnaise create an exquisite contrast of flavours.
Boil potatoes and eggs. Chop them in cubes. Finely chop onion, celery. Add mayonnaise to a bowl, encapsulated mustard, chopped onion,celery and cubes of eggs and potatoes and mix well. Serve on the bed of lettuce and garnish with dill leaves.
