Encapsulated Mustard imparts distinct notes of mustard to this salad without any change to its colour.

Method :

Boil potatoes and eggs. Chop them in cubes. Finely chop onion, celery. Add mayonnaise to a bowl, encapsulated mustard, chopped onion,celery and cubes of eggs and potatoes and mix well. Serve on the bed of lettuce and garnish with dill leaves.
