Roasted Cumin Oleoresin imparts a distinct roasted and warm cumin profile to the rice dish.

Method :

Cook rice in boiling water with some salt. Strain it after cooking. Add butter and ginger garlic paste with roasted cumin oleoresin to the pan and mix well. Add cooked rice and salt to taste and sauté. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
