A delightfully aromatic dish that combines the understated elegance of basmati rice with the rich vibrant flavours of roasted cumin (jeera), butter and garlic. Roasted cumin oleoresin provides an element of depth and complexity to this recipe.
Cook rice in boiling water with some salt. Strain it after cooking. Add butter and ginger garlic paste with roasted cumin oleoresin to the pan and mix well. Add cooked rice and salt to taste and sauté. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
