A vibrant Korean rice dish that combines the bold heat of the gochujang fermented red chilli paste, with the comforting simplicity of fried rice. This dish delivers a satisfying combination of adventurous flavours and comforting textures, making it a favourite among those who love spicy dishes. The TastyKan gochujang, encapsulated garlic, and paprika oleoresin render a distinctive intensity to this dish.
Mix well TastyKan gochujang, encapsulated garlic and paprika oleoresin in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients mentioned in the base sauce and mix well. Take 50 g of base sauce for making the rice. Cook rice in boiling water. Once cooked, strain and keep it to rest. Chop onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, garlic and boneless chicken into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan add in garlic and sauté it, add whole seedless red chilli mix well then add in onions and sauté till translucent. Add chicken and cook it nicely, now add bell peppers and mushroom, sauté in medium flame. Once everything is mixed add in the base sauce and sauté it nicely. Add cooked rice and the base sauce and mix everything nicely. Season with salt and sauté on medium flame. Garnish with chopped spring onion green and serve hot.
