GranOR is a delivery platform that delivers essential oils, oleoresins and natural food colours in a free-flowing granular format. It adds a crunchy texture to the food matrix. The homogenous granular shape of GranOR gives free-flowing property to the product.

Encapsulated Oleoresin is Mane Kancor’s delivery platform that captures the Essential Oils, Oleoresins and Natural Food Colours in the highly stable Micro Encapsulation format. Micro Encapsulation is the process by which molecules or droplets of liquid are surrounded by a suitable coating material to form micro capsules.
Purpose of micro encapsulation is to increase stability, shelf life and control the release of core material. Mane Kancor uses different carriers for encapsulation, which enables customisation of the product for different end applications.
