Crispy, crunchy, and flavourful, plant-based nuggets are quick bites for an anytime delightful snack. Seasoned with TastyKan tikka masala, they offer a perfectly balanced hint of spice that will tantalise your taste buds.

TastyKan Tikka Masala imparts a spicy and distinct tandoor note to the nuggets when used as a marinade.

 

Method :

Add the TastyKan tikka masala to the plant-based mince (soy) and mix well. Make small nugget-shaped balls and keep aside. Mix 30 g of corn flour with 80 g of water to make a slurry of medium/thin consistency. Dip the shaped nuggets in the slurry. Once coated, roll them over a bed of breadcrumbs until well coated. Deep fry the nuggets until golden brown. Serve with mint chutney mayonnaise or a mustard dip.
