MANE KANCOR Inaugurates New State-of-The-Art Admin Block in Angamaly, Kerala

We are excited to announce the inauguration of our new admin block at MANE KANCOR, Angamaly marking a significant step forward in our journey toward sustainability and innovation. The 17,000 sq. ft. facility was officially inaugurated by Mr. Jean Mane, MANE KANCOR Chairman of the Board, and is designed with cutting-edge sustainability features. The inauguration was also graced by the presence of Mr. Etienne Rolland-Piegue, Consul General of France in Pondicherry and Chennai, Dr. Geemon Korah, CEO and Executive Director, MANE KANCOR, Mr. Mathew Varghese, Senior Vice President Operations and several other business leaders representing various industry bodies.

Inspired by the shape of an Amethyst, the admin block is a green building and certified EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies). The building stands as a strong symbol of our dedication to sustainability and efficient design. The office and its adjacent canteen feature DGU glass, which enhances energy efficiency by reducing heat and minimising electricity consumption.

Located on our 20-acre campus in Angamaly, this state-of-the-art building is designed for both employees and guests, with strategically zoned areas for seamless interaction. It features innovative finishes, modern aesthetics, and a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. Key highlights include abundant natural light, wellness-certified lighting, and sustainably sourced materials, underscoring our commitment to environmental responsibility.
