Mane Kancor’s HR team has been awarded First Prize in the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Kerala HR Competition 2025, under the category Best Employee Well-being Practices, during the CII Kerala HR Conclave held at Hotel Vivanta (Taj), Marine Drive.
At the conclave themed “Smart Tech with Human Touch”, Mane Kancor’s HR team delivered a comprehensive presentation followed by a rigorous Q&A session. Their submission was evaluated across key parameters—including innovation, employee engagement, mental and physical well-being strategies, and measurable impact —earning them top recognition.

The Kerala HR Conclave serves as a flagship platform for HR leaders from across sectors to share insights, benchmark practices and highlight excellence in people management.
