Mane Kancor’s natural colours, Ochre and Sunlight series, were selected as the finalists for the categories – Best Dairy Ingredients and Best Dairy Product from Asia – at the Annual World Dairy Innovation Awards held in association with FoodBev Media at the 12th Global Dairy Congress in Warsaw, Poland.
The World Dairy Innovation Awards always showcase some of the most ambitious new products and developments of the year from a wide range of companies all over the world, both large and small.
While natural colours for dairy applications do come with challenges, Mane Kancor and Mane has been able to uncover a variety of viable solutions to naturally colour dairy-based products.
