Basic Chemicals, Cosmetics & Dyes Export Promotion Council popularly known as CHEMEXCIL is set up by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India with the objective of promoting exports of dyes,chemicals,essential oils,cosmetics, toiletries etc. from India to various countries abroad.
