These cookies blend the rich sweetness of chocolate chips with the refreshing, cool taste of mint. Infused with peppermint oil, each cookie offers a harmonious balance of flavour that elevates the traditional choco chip cookie.
Add powdered sugar in 2 parts to butter and whisk till the colour turns slightly creamish. Mix all-purpose flour and salt in a separate bowl and keep aside. Add peppermint oil to the butter-sugar mixture and combine well. Add water and mix. Add flour in two parts, mixing thoroughly. Fold in the chopped chocolate and form a dough.
Shape the cookies as required and place them on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 10 minutes. Once baked, remove and let cool.
Note: All the baked products are made in combi rational ovens, so temperatures and timings might vary in regular ovens.
