Mane Kancor’s proprietary delivery platform, GranOR, delivers essential oils, oleoresins and natural food colours in a free-flowing granular format. It also adds a crunchy texture to the food matrix. The homogenous granular shape of GranOR gives a free-flowing property to the product.
This product is designed for single and multiple active ingredient combinations. GranOR is effective in the delivery and release of aroma, taste and colour in end applications. These agglomerates minimise dusting and provide convenience in storage and handling operations. GranOR’s higher bulk density makes it convenient for various applications. It is also a good alternative to dry spice powders, spray-dried, micro-encapsulated and other dry delivery systems.
