Cinnamon Extract imparts a mildly warm and sweet spice notes to the brownies that complement the rich cocoa and chocolate.

Method :

Preheat the oven at 180oC for 10 minutes. Double boil chocolate and butter in a bowl and whisk till it melts. Keep it to cool down. Hand whisk sugar and egg in a bowl to creamy mixture. Add cinnamon extract, vanilla essence, to the cooled chocolate and butter mixture. Sift flour and cocoa powder into the bowl and mix well with a spatula. Add hot water if the batter is too thick. Grease the baking pan with butter and keep parchment paper inside and pour the batter into the baking pan. Gently shake and tap the pan a couple of times to spread the batter evenly. Bake it in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Let it cool, slice and enjoy.
