To encourage and promote excellence in HR Managers, CII Kerala organised a state level competition for HR Managers. HR Managers who participated in this competition showcased the best practices adopted by their organizations.
The CII Kerala HR Manager’s competition was held on 24th February 2021. Mane Kancor won the 3rd prize on the topic “Adoption of Technology in HR Practices and Effectiveness of the Technology Implemented”.
The theme of the competition was “Technology in HR Function”. The current scenario in work culture has compelled organizations to switch to technology-based disruptions in the traditional work settings. The theme of the competition was to focus on how organisations have adopted technology in systems and processes across the various sub functions of HR, leading to significant business benefits to the organisation. The competition focused on how organisations have used technology for reskilling and upskilling employees, people management processes and data, building behavioural competencies like resilience, psychological safety, agility, rewards and recognition, employee safety, health & wellness. This also includes that of people initiatives across the business which has enhanced user experience and productivity.
