Mane Kancor continues to celebrate and recognise the outstanding contributions of its employees through the quarterly WOW Awards – a prestigious internal recognition programme that honours dedication, innovation, and excellence at the workplace. These novel awards reflect the company’s commitment to acknowledging the efforts that drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of safety and talent development.
The most recent edition of the WOW Awards distributed the third and fourth quarterly awards of the financial year 2024–25 across Mane Kancor’s various facilities. Multiple teams and individuals were recognised for their exceptional contributions, setting benchmarks for their peers and inspiring a culture of continuous growth.
The WOW Awards are presented in three distinct categories: Excellence Awards for outstanding initiatives in implementing new or improved systems and processes, EHS Star Awards for exceptional contributions in environment, health and safety, and Rising Star Awards that spotlight promising talent among new joinees. Each nomination undergoes a rigorous evaluation by an expert panel to ensure transparency and merit-based selection.This quarterly initiative is one of the many ways Mane Kancor fosters a people-first work environment.
