Mane Kancor Wins Two Prestigious Industrial Safety Awards

We are proud to announce that Mane Kancor has received two prestigious recognitions for excellence in industrial safety during the 55th National Safety Day celebrations held in March 2026.

Mane Kancor received the Sreshta Suraksha Puraskar 2025 in the Large Industries category from the National Safety Council, Kerala Chapter, in recognition of its outstanding safety performance. The award was presented on 5 March 2026 by Shri S. Sakthimani, Chairman and Managing Director of FACT Ltd., in the presence of officials from the Department of Factories and Boilers.

The company was also awarded the Kerala State Industrial Safety Award 2025 in the Large Industries category. Instituted by the Department of Factories and Boilers, Government of Kerala, the award recognises organisations that demonstrate exemplary commitment to workplace safety. The award was presented by Shri V. Sivankutty, Hon’ble Minister for General Education and Labour, Government of Kerala, on 4 March 2026, in the presence of senior officials from the Department of Factories and Boilers.

These recognitions are conferred on organisations that demonstrate exemplary performance in workplace safety and effective Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management systems. The evaluation process includes a comprehensive review of accident statistics, statutory compliance, risk management practices, safety management systems, employee safety training initiatives, safety innovations, safety-related CSR initiatives, and leadership commitment to fostering a strong safety culture.

This achievement reflects Mane Kancor’s continued commitment to strengthening safety systems, encouraging active employee participation in safety programmes, and maintaining the highest standards of industrial safety across all operations.
