Mane Kancor has reaffirmed its commitment to sustainability and community development through a large-scale Tree Plantation Drive held on 8th and 9th September 2025 across its project area in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
As part of this initiative, 600 saplings were distributed exclusively to project beneficiaries, including farmers and distillation unit owners, spanning 34 villages in the region. The drive not only supported greener practices but also strengthened Mane Kancor’s long-standing partnership with the farming community.
The saplings included a diverse selection of species such as Neem, Jamun, Lemon, Guava, Amla, Tamarind, and Bael—chosen for their ecological resilience, nutritional value, and medicinal properties. These trees will contribute to improving soil health, supporting biodiversity, and enabling long-term carbon sequestration. In addition, fruit-bearing species offer opportunities for household nutrition and supplementary income, enhancing the economic well-being of participating families.
This initiative reached 600 individuals directly, reinforcing Mane Kancor’s mission of driving sustainable progress through practical, community-focused actions. At Mane Kancor, we believe that true growth stems from nurturing both people and the planet. The Bareilly Tree Plantation Drive is yet another step in our journey towards creating a healthier, more sustainable future for generations to come.
