Mane Kancor Awarded for Best Employee Wellbeing Practices at CII Kerala HRConclave 2025

Mane Kancor’s HR team has been awarded First Prize in the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Kerala HR Competition 2025, under the category Best Employee Well-being Practices, during the CII Kerala HR Conclave held at Hotel Vivanta (Taj), Marine Drive.

At the conclave themed “Smart Tech with Human Touch”, Mane Kancor’s HR team delivered a comprehensive presentation followed by a rigorous Q&A session. Their submission was evaluated across key parameters—including innovation, employee engagement, mental and physical well-being strategies, and measurable impact —earning them top recognition. 

CII is one of India’s leading industry associations, known for promoting best practices in corporate governance and human resources among member organisations. The Kerala HR Conclave serves as a flagship platform for HR leaders from across sectors to share insights, benchmark practices and highlight excellence in people management.
