Innovation is the core value of Mane Kancor and we constantly strive to improve, invent and deliver solutions that add value. The Mane Kancor team accepted the second prize at the 32ndKerala State Level Quality Circle Competition for Operators on Monday, 30 November 2020 using the Cisco WebEx Platform. The event was organised by the Confederation of Indian Industries who were impressed by the team’s project which was involved in improving the efficiency of Turmeric extraction.
The occasion provided a unique opportunity to motivate workers to form quality circles within the company and also provided them a forum to exchange their ideas and share their experiences. This competition was also an excellent opportunity for senior managers & supervisors to attend the convention and get an insight into some outstanding examples of quality circles; understand how to promote and encourage the QC movement within their organisation and exchange ideas with facilitators and trainers of other participating circles.
