OxiKan CL is a fully decolourised, deodourised and deflavoured liquid extract of selective antioxidant molecules of rosemary and it doesn’t alter the organoleptic profile of the food matrix. OxiKan CL has been tested extensively for its impact in the most sensitive foods and has proven not to contribute any visible colour or odour to the matrix even at the highest dosage levels.
