Mane Kancor

Mr. Jean Mane, President and CEO of the Mane Group, visited India, from the 24th to the 26th of November. During his visit, he visited various manufacturing locations of Mane Kancor and inaugurated the new Isolation Plant for Natural Colours in Angamaly, Kerala. The Distributed Control System (DCS) of the new Isolation Plant helps in its operational precision and has been designed with energy-efficient equipment and an enhanced solvent recovery system. This newly commissioned plant has increased the in-house production capacity by four times.

At Angamaly, Mr. Jean Mane also laid the foundation for the new Administration Building and launched our Spice Vending Machine -True Spice Express. The vending machine is accessible to the general public and offers whole spices, spice powders, and blends.

An area exclusively dedicated to the leisure of our employees was also inaugurated in Angamaly. The new canteen and employee rest area house facilities like a changing room, an activity space that includes a reading room, and a dedicated space for games like foosball, carroms etc.

Mr. Geemon Korah (Director & CEO), Mr. Vivek Jain (CFO), Mr. Santanu Banduri (Director HR) & Mr. Mathew Varghese (Senior VP, Operations) were also present.

Mr. Jean Mane also inaugurated the new Administration Office and the Isolation & Enrichment plant for our brand of natural antioxidant solutions – Oxikan, in Byadagi, Karnataka. Supercritical Fluid Extraction Plant that extracts spices, herbs, and flowers using food-grade CO2, was also commissioned at Byadagi.

Mane Kancor Day, the annual celebration for employees and families, was held on the 26th of November at Adlux Convention Centre in Angamaly. The Chairman graced the occasion and addressed the Mane Kancor family during the event and also distributed the Mane Kancor Innovation Challenge Awards.
