Mane Kancor

Team from Bhavan’s Adarsha Vidyalaya sponsored by Mane Kancor was chosen as the global winner at the TiE Young Entrepreneurs (TYE) Global Pitch Competition 2022. They competed with 21 teams from across the globe and won the finals. The team also secured two other awards in Best Presentation and Best Teamwork categories.

The felicitation ceremony was held on 16th July 2022 at The Avenue Center Hotel, Panampilly Nagar and was attended by Shri. P. Rajeeve, Honourable Minister for Industries, Govt of Kerala, Shri. M. Anil Kumar, Hon’ble Mayor of Kochi Municipal Corporation, Anisha Cherian, President, TiE Kerala, Vinodini Sukumar, TYE Program Chair and Geemon Korah, Co-chair, TYE.

Mane Kancor, is one of the main sponsors, of the TiE initiative that reached out to 2500 students across 12+ schools in the state. The students went through a structured mentoring program and 12 different teams from various schools competed for the Chapter Finals. One team chosen from the 12 competed at the global level and won the finals. Mane Kancor is extremely happy to partner with TiE in such initiatives which prepare the next generation of entrepreneurs.

TiE Young Entrepreneurs is a Global Program fostering the next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders. TYE helps high school students (grades 9-12) learn entrepreneurial skills, invention and innovation. The event culminates with a global pitch competition where students from across the globe pitch in front of a global jury.
