Mane Kancor Wins Top-Tier Rhodium Award at NCIQCT 2026

Mane Kancor’s Operations Team – Flavour Seeds receives the prestigious Rhodium Award at the 7th National Convention on Innovative QC Teams (NCIQCT 2026), recognizing excellence in quality improvement, innovation, and team-driven problem-solving initiatives.

The convention, organized by the Federation of AOTS Alumni Associations of India (FAAAI) in association with ASA Nippon Kerala, was held in Kochi on 24 May 2026 and featured participation from 46 distinguished teams representing various states across India.

The team earned recognition in the Rhodium category, awarded to the top 25% of high-performing Quality Circle teams scoring above 80. The category recognizes exceptional performance in process improvement, operational excellence, collaboration and continuous innovation, reflecting the team’s strong commitment to quality-driven practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

The award-winning team comprises Jayesh Pushpan – Senior Manager Production, Praveen P Pillai – Senior Executive Production, Akhil Ravi – Plant Operator and Jinto Thomas – Plant Operator.
