Mane Kancor Ingredients Private Limited distributed the first set of the prestigious WOW Awards in December 2022. The company introduced these awards to reward the employees’ efforts, recognize their dedication, and value their achievements. It is a quarterly recognition program.
The award is given in three categories. The first one is the Excellence Awards, for demonstrating excellence in implementing new or improved systems and processes. The second category is the EHS Star Awards, for presenting a significant impact in environmental stewardship and proactive safety initiatives, and the third is the Rising Star Awards, for identifying potential talent among new joinees. The awards are screened, validated and approved by an expert panel.
The first set of Wow Awards for the first and second quarter of the financial year 2022-23 was distributed at our various facilities in December.
