GranOR,  Mane Kancor’s proprietary delivery platform, delivers ginger oleoresin  in a  free-flowing granular format. This adds a crunchy texture to the food matrix. Oleoresin ginger is granulated using edible dry carriers replicating the exact profile of ginger in its natural form. GranOR Ginger is free-flowing and yellowish to brown in colour. It has a mild aroma characteristic of ginger and consists of  oleoresin ginger, food grade emulsifiers and excipients.
