GranOR, Mane Kancor’s proprietary delivery platform, delivers capsicum oleoresin  in a free-flowing granular format. This adds a crunchy texture to the food matrix. Oleoresin capsicum is granulated using edible dry carriers, replicating the exact profile of capsicum in its natural form. GranOR Capsicum is free-flowing and red to brown in colour. It has a mild aroma characteristic of capsicum and consists of  oleoresin capsicum, food grade emulsifiers and excipients.
