Cassia Oleoresin is obtained by the solvent extraction of the dried inner bark of Cinnamomum cassia (Cinnamomum Burmanni).The product has the characteristic aroma of cassia, with a sweet, pungent taste. It is a dark brown liquid with a reddish tinge.
