PlatOR, Mane Kancor’s proprietary delivery platform, delivers oleoresin nutmeg in dry formats. Oleoresin nutmeg is converted into a powder format by plating onto food grade excipients that replicate the exact profile of nutmeg in its natural form. The product is an off white to white crystalline powder and has the characteristic fresh taste of ground nutmeg. It consists of oleoresin nutmeg, food grade excipients and anti-caking agents.
