The steam distilled essential  oil of garlic is converted into a powder format by plating onto food grade excipients that replicate the exact profile of garlic in natural form. PlatOR Garlic is a white crystalline powder, with the characteristic aroma  of garlic. It consists of garlic oil, food grade excipients  and anti-caking agents.
