Oleoresin cassia is  converted into a powder format by plating onto food grade excipients that replicate the exact profile of cassia in its natural form. PlatOR Cassia is  an off white to white crystalline powder, with the characteristic aroma of cassia. It consists of oleoresin cassia, food grade excipients and anti-caking agents.
