Oleoresin capsicum is converted into a powder format by plating onto food  grade excipients that replicate the exact profile of chilli in its natural form. PlatOR Capsicum is a red crystalline powder with a taste that is characteristic of chilli. It consists of oleoresin capsicum, food grade excipients and anti-caking agents.
