PlatOR, Mane Kancor’s proprietary delivery platform, delivers oleoresin black pepper in dry formats. Oleoresin black pepper is converted into a powder format by plating onto food grade excipients that replicate the exact profile of black pepper in its natural form. The product is a greenish-yellow crystalline powder and has the characteristic aroma and flavour of ground pepper. It consists of  oleoresin black pepper, food grade excipients and anti-caking agents.
