Mane Kancor in collaboration with CII conducted Session on Best Practices in HR and Operations at Saintgits Institute of Management, Kottayam

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), a leading industry body dedicated to fostering India’s growth, hosted an engaging session on the 25th of June, 2024 at Saintgits Institute of Management, Kottayam. Mathew Varghese (Senior Vice President – Operations) and Martin Jacob (Head – Human Resources & Administration) of Mane Kancor Ingredients, shared their expertise to a diverse audience comprising industry professionals as well as the faculty members of the college. Martin’s presentation focused on the Best HR practices at Mane Kancor, delving into Employee Initiatives, Forums, and the ‘Aspire program’ – a comprehensive suite of initiatives offered on the Mane Kancorian platform.
