MANE KANCOR SHINES AT CII AWARDS

CII’s 6^th Southern Region, Young HR Managers Competition ended with Mane Kancor’s HR team securing the second runner up position. An impressive result with more than 80 companies vying for a podium finish in this year’s competition.

Mane Kancors HR Team comprising of Mr. Prajeev K, Ms. Jismie Jose and Mr. Manu Wilson showcased our innovative thinking to develop “Best practices during the pandemic era to increase employee engagement”. These were achieved through proactive initiatives that helped employees to boost morale and productivity that helped in developing a sustainable impact on the organisation’s work culture.

The competition initiated by CII and IFMR has come to be known as a platform for young HR managers to exhibit their leadership and people management skills, knowledge, experience, professional prowess and creativity. A spotlight for the next generation of HR Personnel to
showcase and push the bar of managerial excellence.
