THE FUCHSIA SERIES [CONTAINS ANTHOCYANINS, BETANINS AND CAROTENOIDS FROM PAPRIKA]

Pinks, reds and purples. This series is coloured with naturally occurring pigments – anthocyanins, betanins and carotenoids extracted from purple carrots, red beetroot and paprika.

Our colour scientists report good performance of these colours in ice creams and other frozen desserts.
